The Center focuses on international business development. The Chamber, in partnership with the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC), established the International Trade Development and Assistance Center (ITDAC, or the “Center”).The Center’s mission is to facilitate communication of business information and assistance between companies in Irving-Las Colinas and the international community. In addition, Irving has a strong focus on international business partnerships.
